In addition to our regular courses, we also have a number of extra, more specialised classes:

Solo Latin

Do you like dancing Latin but don’t have a partner, or do you prefer to dance without one? Or maybe you are just looking for some extra practice for your Latin technique. In that case Solo Latin is the lesson for you! All Latin dances – chachacha, samba, rumba, paso doble and jive – are covered.

We have 3 different levels of Solo Latin classes:


No dance experience is necessary for the beginners class. The focus is on coordination, exercise and learning the basic steps. Very suitable for the more ‘mature’ students.


This lesson is suitable if you have at least 1 year of dance experience and are (preferably) already acquainted with the Latin dances. The choreographies require practice and close attention is paid to technique to ensure that, even without a partner, you can dance with confidence.


If you feel up to the challenge of a tough choreography, whilst improving your technique at the same time, this is the lesson for you!. Open to dancers with a minimum of 1 year’s dance experience.

Children’s dance classes

Toddler Dance (2.5 to 4 years)

Toddler dance (Peuterdans) from 2.5 to 4 years old. Fun in movement, discovering self-expression and developing young imaginations. Parents can enjoy this journey of discovery and of course participate themselves!

Junior Dance (4 to 6 years)

Junior Dance (Kleuterdans) from 4 to 6 years old. Further expansion of movement, and more developed forms of movement to music. Listening to music and expressing oneself to music, with everything taught in the form of play.

Dancing4Kids (7+ years)

Dancing4 kids from 7 to 12 years old. Basic dances are taught, with attention to posture and technique. We teach children how to recognise the various dance beats/tempos and also which dances go with these. First we teach the Latin dances and later the Ballroom. Sub-groups are formed according to age and skills.


Body Stretch 

As wisdom develops, ‘normal’ movements become more difficult for the human body. With Body Stretch, the emphasis is on flexibility, muscle strengthening, general daily movement, coordination and posture. Extremely suitable for the more ‘mature’ pupil. Come and try it out. Payable per lesson, with a cup of tea or coffee thrown in for good measure!
